Will I have the same account number?
You will have a new account number when ordering from Post Up Stand. You will receive that number as soon as you place your new order.
Will I still have access to my TRT web account?
No, your TRT web account will not transfer over to Post Up Stand. Any artwork that is saved in your account will not be accessible. However, we will be able to retrieve any artwork that has been submitted with an order within the last year.
Will I have access to my order history?
While your order history will not transfer over from your web account, our Contact Center will be happy to locate your order history from the last 2 years.
How do I order replacement graphics for items I ordered from TRT?
Head over to postupstand.com and search for the SKU (i.e. I000332) of the product you ordered from TRT to find replacement graphic options. All SKUs will remain the same.
Can I return my items?
Yes, under our existing return policy.
Will my validated tax exemption carryover?
Please reach out to us with your TRT account number and we will help you carry over your tax exemption to your new Post Up Stand account number.
