Terms and Conditions

All custom banner sales (blank or printed) are final and cannot be returned. The installation of a banner is as important if not more important than the material and finishing style selected. Because we have no control over how the banner is used or installed, we only offer the warranty offered by the material manufacturer. This is limited to the cost of the material. Be sure you always pre-test for graphic adhesion before using. The customer assumes responsibility in determining product suitability for its intended use. TRT’s only obligation shall be to replace product proven to be defective. In case a product is proven to be defective, all replacements will be shipped ground. The customer will be responsible to pay the difference between ground and other services if necessary, $25.00 minimum order.

Graphic Design Policy

All orders requesting graphic design require pre-payment for the actual products ordered. Charges for graphic design will be prorated based on the actual time spent on the design and will be charged separately after the designs are complete and the proofs are approved for production. Our designers will follow instructions provided for layout; changes to design after initial proof is sent may incur additional charges.

Hardware Warranties

Warranties are for hardware only. Printed signage is not covered under warranty, only the mechanism of the hardware.
